Why “Tiny Team”

Most B2B businesses don’t need a huge in-house department or a bloated agency retainer to get real results. They need focused strategy, resourcefulness, and someone who can make the most of what they already have.

Tiny Team is both literal and a mindset: I often work solo or alongside a small group of specialists, keeping the work lean, sharp, and free from wasted effort.

Meet gemma

Hola! I'm Gemma…

but you can call me Gem. I'm a B2B marketer who has spent the last 12 years learning the ins and outs of marketing. For the last five years, I've been the only marketer in the room across SaaS and recruitment companies, so I'm used to doing it all: strategy and delivery.

My way of working is very simple: I start with the business. I look at where revenue is coming from, where the pipeline's stuck, why activity isn't resulting in quality leads… then build from there. I'm happiest in small, lean teams who want to grow.

I have a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. I've lived in four different countries, studied at three different universities and speak both English and Spanish fluently. This has given me a lot of practice reading and understanding rooms and businesses that look very different from each other.

If I'm not working on a marketing project, you'll find me in my garden drinking coffee, paddle boarding in Spain or in a rowing boat trying not to capsize.
